One of the most notable and unique offerings at McKinney & Olive is the beautiful one-acre piazza designed and landscaped by landscape architect, The Office of James Burnett, who also designed Klyde Warren Park. The piazza is a stunning, open outdoor space accented with umbrella-covered tables, a water feature, a fire pit with lounge seating, lawn games, and valet parking for office and retail visitors, all framed with mature shade trees.
McKinney & Olive’s conference center offers a bright and spacious meeting room with floor-to-ceiling windows and includes the latest business support and technology. It can accommodate many types of gatherings and be configured to meet various needs and capacities including social distancing. The conference center features two Samsung 85-inch 4K UHD resolution Ultra Smart LED monitors, ElectroVoice in-ceiling speakers, and a second dual microphone system. In addition to the state-of-the-art equipment is high-speed Internet access and presentation tools for visual and audio collaboration.
A galley kitchen is located adjacent to the conference center to provide easy access to food service or catering.

The outdoor terrace is available for outdoor meetings and events. Located outside of the 5th-floor lobby, the outdoor terrace is integrated with dual microphones and equipped with the 16 speaker Sonance surround system with dual in-ground subwoofers concealed throughout the landscaping. The Outdoor Terrace rates are:
- $250 for a half-day, 4 hours
- Pricing for more than 4 hours or after-hour rates are available through the management office.
McKinney & Olive’s state-of-the-art fitness studio is equipped with cutting-edge equipment by TechnoGym and includes a complete range of cardio, strength, and functional equipment.
In addition to the use of the facility, the following is included in the membership: a spa-like locker room, private shower rooms, and an array of amenities, including blow dryers, bottled water, and complimentary towel service.
The fitness studio is managed by Trophy Fitness, known for the highest quality personal training and unparalleled customer service. A personal trainer is on-site three days a week and offers weekly fitness classes to members.
The fitness studio is an exclusive amenity for McKinney & Olive Customers and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Memberships are available for $50 per month, and personal training is available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
