
Two Crescent Managed Properties Repeat as TOBY Award Winners
McKinney & Olive and Greenhill Towers win Southwest Region TOBY awards and qualify to compete for BOMA International building of year honors
DALLAS, April 26, 2020 – The Southwest Region Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) announced that two Crescent Real Estate-managed buildings, McKinney & Olive and Greenhill Towers, earned The Outstanding Buildings of the Year (TOBY) Awards for a second consecutive year. TOBY awards recognize quality in commercial real estate buildings and reward excellence in building management.
Recipients of the Southwest Region TOBY awards qualify for the International TOBY awards which will be announced at the International Conference in late June in Philadelphia.
McKinney & Olive, which is owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management[LA1] and developed and managed by Crescent Property Services LLC, earned a TOBY award as The Outstanding Building of the Year for buildings with 500,000 to 1 million square feet. The Cesar Pelli design features a sheer glass façade, roof-top terrace and one-acre outdoor piazza that provide a creative space for office customers and connects McKinney & Olive with the community. Greenhill Towers, which is owned by Codina Partners and managed by Crescent Property Services LLC, earned a TOBY award as The Outstanding Building of the Year for buildings with 250,000 – 499,999 square feet. The 267,542 square feet of mix-use property is divided between a 12-story tower and three-story garden building.
